They didn’t “hardcode an end”, it’s just a simple list UI with a finite number of options, they couldn’t be bothered to make it genuinely infinitely scroll because it’s not important

We also have this behaviour in our streaming app with millions of users. This would never be prioritized to fix since no users would ever report it as an issue. Since it is not. And no it is not hardcoded mate, not sure that you know what it would mean in this context.
