I feel dreadful afterwards, annoyed and tired and vaguely like I've got a hangover. I hate that feeling as that's when I feel the most depressed and miserable about the situation and this condition

Fog and confusion - Simple mental tasks are overwhelming / unbearable for days. Forgetting words so I sound like an idiot, explaing things is impossible. Bumping into things and my finger coordination is all messed up.

The remnants are there, I have said to my husband it’s like being hungover, after he said you’ve slept for 15 hours straight you should be revitalized. I was like nope! Still feel like I could sleep but I’m now really hungry 😂
