@theoriginalmealchan: I usually see a few different varieties near me but this one is my favorite because it tastes good too! #herbalism #wildmedicine #pain
No matter where I see wild lettuce in my area, it’s never that green. There is always purple on the edges of the leaves. I have two kinds that grow on my property. One has the pure white juice and the other has the juice that oxidizes and turns yellow. I think I saw a video that said the one that t oxidizes is the one you want. But neither are ever that green. They all have purple scattered on the plant. Does that mean where it’s growing is bad soil or something? Just wandering why it never looks as good as the one you have in the video.

I get nerve pain in my feet, neuropathy, especially at night. And it really does wake me up. up. You said this would help? because I love your Birch oil. I love everything you make and I love your books but I need something to get the nerve pain to stop. I've been using lavender and myrrh and some other salves but I really need it to stop waking me up.

I saw a different video saying that the white oozy bits were latex? Please tell me they were wrong, cause I'm allergic.

How is it compared to willow bark? I have both. I've found clevers, plantain, mullein chokecherries, rosehips, wild garlic...idk what to do with any of it. I've made mullein tincture and that's all.
