I know this is a skit, but in general when you’re talking to your kid, you wanna ask an open question so that they talk to you and then you can guide them with your questions to some conclusion because nowadays you can go to school online you can go to school at night you know maybe she goes to a trade schoolyou get to the degree then she can go to college you know at night online you know being independent pay some bills you know teacher while she’s in your house, but you have to ask open questions for example after you graduate, what do you think you wanna do?

College degrees legitimately in today’s world doesn’t mean anything. I have a cousin that has a doctorate yet he works an office job that pays $24 an hour and he maxes about 30 hours a week.

I tried to push my son his senior year of high school to go to college he was a good football player did not have division one size but solid division 2 size and had a lot of offers but he hated school and he finally came out and told me he was not going and that he wanted a job in the trades so got him a job as a laborer at 18 and now at 22 he’s in the union and making 100 thousand plus I could not be more proud of him
