exactly it just cost apple 1 billion a year which is like 10 bucks for them. I just can't wrap my head around that one of the biggest tech companies couldn't do it by themselves and had to call the competition for fixing it

For those saying that the New Siri is just “Gemini”, think of it like this, Gemini is the librarian who knows where every book is and knows what every book is about. Then the new Siri is your personal assistant who knows you, knows your schedule, knows your emails, your pictures, your family and other things the new Siri can do for you. So basically their not the same because Gemini is a librarian who just knows everything in a library but it doesn’t personally know you and definitely cant to things for you, while the new Siri is your personal assistant who knows you personally and when you ask siri to do task that is very complicated, Siri just go to the library and use Gemini’s library books to study and learns it for you.
