I made these and like you, needed to add more flour and oats. But I didn’t have more flour. Too wet to make cookies so I used a 9x13 pan and made it into a cake. Plus a smaller cake. So yummy!! Just a tip!

I'm also not buying packaged single portioned snacks this summer. I have six kids and they would eat multiple snacks a day each. Making homemade snacks and fresh fruit and vegetables keeps them satisfied a lot longer than packaged snacks. They prefer my homemade snacks now. I slowly started integrating them in before the school year ended and let them know that once the packaged snacks are gone I won't be buying more. I am saving a lot of money and my kids look forward to helping make the snacks. Their friends also love eating them and ask them almost daily what I made when they go outside to play.
