worst my legs ever hurt was working in pharmacy just standing in one spot for 8 hours straight. seriously should have chairs its not normal or healthy to stand that long with no movement.

I just left my PART TIME $15.50 an hour gas station job, because you aren't allowed to sit AT ALL. My boss wrote a note for everyone saying, "If you need to sit during your shift, you need a doctor's note stating that." like, be so for real. But yet that same boss was allowed to sit in her comfy office chair & watch tiktok or scroll on facebook for majority of her shift. & also, Customers DO NOT CARE if you sit, as long as you hop up to help them.

corporate told me that we can’t sit because it causes a “delay” in standing up to help the patient. You know what actually causes delays? Not having enough staff to help each station and answer phones 😒

Literally inhumane to me, as someone with flat feet, plantar fasciitis and bunions I’m in severe pain if I stand for more than 30mins. Feel robbed of life.
