The Leafy Lounge :
The cenote, water park and pools are the only good thing about the property. We just got back and had an awful experience. The elevators did not work forcing many elder people to use the stairs, and people with strollers needed help carrying the strollers up and did not switch these people to ground level. They lost our luggage, we had NO AC despite traveling with 2 small kids and an infant. They never even brought a fan for the baby because he was so hot. Many people slept on their balconies only to get devoured by mosquitoes. The humidity level in the room reached over 90%. The shower drain cover was ripped out and sitting on the side of the shower. The food was sub par, the steak house was good but everything else MEH. The service was horrible, and the drinks were pretty sugary and watered down. I could NEVER recommend people spend their hard earned money to go here. It’s a beyond beautiful location and pretty for an influencer to film at but not a place to be sending people.

estamos ahora en el muy lindo y espectaculares los cenotes y la pisina pero para ser un hotel tan lujoso la decoracion no me gusta muy oscuro todo y un color q le dieron a todo el hotel q no me agrada ,es un grimen pq esta muy lindo ,si le hubiesen dado otro color o combinarlo

lopesan costa bavaro es un hotel familiar con muchas actividades para adolescentes? me gusta el iberostar paraiso lindo tenian el star camp y no era solo para niños pequeños. Alguien puede comentar si los adolescentes vuelven super contentos del Lopesan????
