Look at inches instead of pounds. Your weight will fluctuate based on so many factors, water retention, etc. Also, if you’re building muscle and losing fat….muscle weighs more!! How is your biofeedback? Are you feeling better? Clothes fitting better? And, so forth. Don’t focus on the number on the scale so much. You got this!
