We lived in Cypress for 8 years, and the last area we lived in was Towne Lake. Even there, it still felt too close to some of the rougher parts of Cypress. The area in general seems to be going downhill quickly, despite all the new development. We moved to the South Katy area, and I couldn’t be happier!
