@lawandcrime: On Thursday, after jurors viewed the capsized boat involved in the September 2022 crash, a Florida Fish and Wildlife officer took the stand and showed photographs of the vessel in court. The witness, who assisted in recovering the boat, also viewed video footage of the boat while it was underwater. U should look into a case that happened a few years ago in LeClaire, Iowa. It was a fatal boating accident, as well. It was/is very controversial and a major topic of discussion when the court case was heard in Davenport, Iowa.
