le fettine di fegato sono buone in bianco senza ne pomodoro ne altre cose.. solo con cipolla.. soffriggi la cipolla tagliata fine fine in olio di oliva al limite sfumi con un po' di vino e aggiungi le fettine con un pizzico di sale e lasci cuocere lentamente a fuoco basso. 🤗😋😋😋
