Nike vomero 18 plus! Love them and you can definitely get away with using the Apple Watch with the Runna app. Definitely do not recommend 3mi 3x/wk if you’re starting back out especially that you lift consistently, you’ll get crazy sore and it’ll effect your lifts 🥲. Runna has good program options so you can build up to longer runs over a set amount of weeks 😊👍

Wow Looks like you have a good base. A quick suggestion; If you’ve been off running for about 4 years, start with Zone 2 first. Don’t push speed early, your recovery is slower now and you risk injury without a solid base. Zone 2 feels boring but it massively improves VO2 max, endurance, and aerobic fitness. Build consistency, then add speed later.
