reminder that project pan isn't supposed to be trying to use your products as fast as possible! it's about not buying new products until you've used the ones you have (especially of the same shade, ofc you can have a few different shade). trying to use them as fast as possible ruins the whole point!

project pan is a new way for people to compete it seens. instead of buying all the new makeup, its who can use their makeup the fastest.. almost everything that becomes "trendy" turns into something it shouldnt be. I hardly wear makeup, my project pan is getting one empty every like.. 6 months lmao

Last year I had maybe 5-8 makeup empties and it wasn’t anything crazy either. I think a lot of people have taken project pan so out of context that they apply way to much or overuse something. I still apply as normal I just notice how long something takes to use and I’m more conscious about what I buy

genuinely in the least negative way possible; you continuously accept PR and try out new products, there’s no way things are going out as fast as they’re coming in 😕 trying a new product for a day/a video shouldn’t disrupt progress in theory but when there’s a new product for everyday the daily use needed to empty a product goes out the window

Project pan with constant emptys are only because a lot of these people already used most of the product before starting project pan. Some people use it to finish off all their mostly used products to lower their collections down to only what they love, others of us use it to keep our waist lower and to be more mindful of what we are using before buying new products. Neither way is wrong but if your doing the second it will feel really discouraging especially seeing all these people doing the first

give yourself 2 products of each to work through. like 2 body wash/perfumes, that way you work through them faster because youre using 2 at once and you have a backup product if you get tired of the first empty ❤️

I’m doing a project pan but with my perfumes this year. Granted that the two I emptied were already 1/2 full due to use, but those are the only two that have been emptied so far this year. Just started my third, might pair it with a fourth perfume bc I’m so sick of having almost 20 perfumes.

I think some people start project pans to get through lots of half used products so when they focus on one item they finish it a lot quicker. I take ages to get through most of my makeup though 😅

For me, the reason I go through 5-8 products by month is because I’m using some minis and already somewhat used full size products. If I were to use new size products, it would take forever!
