I love making liver and onions and the gravy. I’ll eat the gravy but not the liver. I know that doesn’t make sense.

I marinated strips in French dressing then rolled it in bread crumbs and deep fried it!!! It’s really good. Just another option

Purple onion and bacon. I parboiled the liver. The flour and seasoning an fry it in the bacon grease and add the fried bacon and onion at the end

I cannot eat liver since some little I was forced to eat it. I would gag it with the vomit and mind you my mom is a great cook. Everything she makes. It’s literally gold. I would kiss her hands every single time. But I just cannot . I cannot eat that. She made it the same way you just subscribed. She made it in different ways, and I just cannot force myself to eat it.

Use it in rice, make a dirty rice. Add a little amounts to various beef dishes and in time your taste buds will develop.
