There’s a gutter on the mountain near my house and with it we can do the gutter technique

the gutter technique doesn't actually make you faster depending on the gutter most likely deep gutters are more useful and normal gutters just put your left or right side of your tires it's only useful for overtaking in the outside if the road is too narrow for a outside overtake it doesn't make you faster it helps makes you steer less but it's still very recommend to use in overtakes or in high speed turns that are sharper
