The fact of the matter is that for $160 dollars they’re helping people cover up something that they regret or reminds them of something they want to forget. It’s not a $700 sleeve. It’s a fresh start for some people.

Is it better than what was there? Yes. Can you tell it's a cover up? Absolutely. Will it need to be redone and possibly covered up again? Yes. Find a good artist, pay the money, it's worth it. Cheap work isn't good and God work isn't cheap... Especially when it comes to tattoos.
