@1snotdoc: Your nose is bleeding. You're probably doing it wrong. 🩸 Here's the ENT protocol: ❌ Don't lean back — you'll swallow blood and vomit ✅ Lean FORWARD ✅ Pinch the SOFT part (not the bony bridge — that's bone, squeezing does nothing) ✅ Hold 15–20 min. No peeking. Still bleeding? Blow the clot out gently → spray Afrin → pinch again. If it's still going after 30 min — go get seen. Prevention: humidifier + saline spray + saline gel on your septum at night. Save this. You'll need it someday. 😄 #nosebleed #epistaxis #ENT #snotdoc #bloodynose
