➡️ (2:155–156) وَلَنَبْلُوَنَّكُم بِشَيْءٍ مِّنَ ٱلْخَوْفِ وَٱلْجُوعِ وَنَقْصٍ مِّنَ ٱلْأَمْوَٰلِ وَٱلْأَنفُسِ وَٱلثَّمَرَٰتِ ۗ وَبَشِّرِ ٱلصَّٰبِرِينَ • ٱلَّذِينَ إِذَآ أَصَٰبَتْهُم مُّصِيبَةٌۭ قَالُوٓا۟ إِنَّا لِلَّهِ وَإِنَّآ إِلَيْهِ رَٰجِعُونَ “And We will surely test you with something of fear, hunger, loss of wealth, lives and fruits. But give glad tidings to the patient ones—those who, when a calamity strikes them, say: ‘Indeed we belong to Allah, and indeed to Him we shall return.’” “اور ہم ضرور تمہیں کچھ خوف، بھوک، مالوں، جانوں اور پھلوں کے نقصان کے ذریعے آزمائیں گے، اور صبر کرنے والوں کو خوشخبری دے دو۔ وہ لوگ کہ جب انہیں کوئی مصیبت پہنچتی ہے تو کہتے ہیں: بے شک ہم اللہ ہی کے ہیں اور بے شک ہم اسی کی طرف لوٹ کر جانے والے ہیں۔” 📌This poetry reflects a deep Sufi and spiritual meaning where a person expresses emotional exhaustion, loneliness, and inner pain but still holds on to hope in Allah. It shows a soul that stays awake in the nights, feeling broken like a “torn or broken lamp,” yet still trying to shine with hope.
