Do you think they have twice as much networth because there’s two people?

No one wants to get married. I make 6 figures and support myself and my kids and never married.

My wife and I did just that and followed Dave’s saving plan when our children were small. I’m 40 now and have made over 100k for the last 6 years. Everyone needs to follow his advice. I have a high school diploma and an electrical license that’s it.

👋🏻👋🏻 that’s me and my husband! We have been together since high school and this was literally our goals. We also stipulated to buy a house before having kids (as part of our goals)

I am a millennial. I have no degree. I followed those exact steps and have a net worth of more than million dollars.

it's true I'm a millennial and didn't do it in that order I had a child first then went back to school/uni then found a job. however my 19 year-old finished school has been in permanent full-time employment, single, learning how to invest and is upskilling completing a trade, he lives with us and doesn't have to pay rent but he has to save $500 weekly.

We both graduated high school. Went of to college. No student debt coming out. Got full time jobs making decent money. Bought a house. Got married. Had kids. Can confirm that at 42 years old our savings account is in more than good shape.

That’s the terrible advice I unfortunately took. Waited to long to get a girlfriend and get married. The recession delayed me getting a career job until 27. Now I’m 40 and alone. The happier people just have kids young

I graduated highschool. Then I started college, got pregnant dropped out. Had my oldest. Then got married. Then had 2 more. Completed nursing school while my husband finished up his electrical degree. Now we make decent money and support our children. It was the hard way. But we made it work for us. We are teaching our boys to be more responsible for an easier future for themselves.

my husband and I are 30 and 31. we were teen parents so we got that mixed up. 🫠 BUT. we got married, worked hard, and now our kids are 12 and 9. my husband made $265k last year and is on track this year to making $300k. working on the debt, but still. no student loans, didnt even go to college. if there is a will there is a way.
