Could it be that it’s not the exact 68 because it’s asking you to take into account significant figures? You’re given cohesion and friction angle at 2 sigfigs so your answer (68.11) should be rounded to 2 sigfigs?

Could it be that you round down from 68.7 to 68 since the question is dealing with failure? If you rounded up then the value would be above failure and you could run into issues with that
