Only while at work. I am there to do my job to make money and that is all. Access to me and my energy is sacred and very few people pass the test to gain that access. Treat yourself as sacred energy and limit access.

Yes it permanently changed me, my bubbly Naive self is dead now I am just cordial and tolerate most people and the 1-2 from each job where we instantly connect will see that side of me. I am Still friendly if You need Help or we have to work together but guarded and move smarter Now 👌

I'm the quiet mysterious one in the workplace. I like it this way. I don't care that I get left out of things anymore because this means I don't have to listen to the drama or be in the middle of it. I was told after a very toxic work environment, most colleagues are not your friends.

I keep to myself at work because people can be unpredictable and inconsistent, and it’s too tiring and draining for me to deal with that. I prefer staying to myself, even outside of work. I don’t really enjoy a lot of interaction with people, even some family, and I’ve realized I just value my own space and time. People can be very draining, especially with their inconsistent and changing behavior, so I’d rather keep my distance and focus on myself.
