also, thomas ghost was trapped in the cave in the beach where he died, when simon found him he left seashells along the road to show him how to get to the orphanage, thats how he activated the paranormal stuff in the house and wake up all the other children

I bought this movie blind , thinking I was getting a scary movie about a haunted orphanage, and ended up with a shattered heart lmao. Such a good but sad movie💔

worst part is that when she finds Simon's body, she initially hallucinates that hes still alive and its only after some time that she looks down and realizes hes dead. why am I tearing up I watched this movie ten years ago

not to be morbid, but they didn't smell him starting to rot for months in the house? decomp is pretty foul and would definitely permeate. or i guess that's just a plothole thing horror movies do that we're not supposed to think too deeply about lol.

One of my favorite memories in a theater is from this movie. At the end when she plays the game and the kids first appear, the entire audience loudly gasped.
