I disagree with you ma. Egg is rich in cholesterol and the cholesterol in egg is a good and safe one for human consumption. Thus taking more than 7 eggs a week has no negative consequence on the individual. In fact, one egg a day does not in anyway meet up with the desired protein an adult needs a day. What you canvass has been refuted by recent and emerging studies in the biological and nutrition sciences. Pls ma, I suggest you research in-depth into this. Thank you.
