Ok, I need to comment and I'm going to sound hostile. I don't mean to be, I'm just frustrated and tired. As someone who has dealt with severe anxiety and panic disorder for over 2 decades, I find myself irrationally angry at your video's title promise of "instant calm." In the midst of a panic attack, I'm lucky if I remember my own name. Remembering how to breathe is al.ost just as difficult. However, I have learned through many hours of agonizing practice, how to "box breathe" and "belly breathe" (which is basically what you're demonstrating here.) I genuinely hope that your video helps someone. Truly, I do. For those of us who have done it all and tried it all however, those of us who have hoped beyond hope that a new breathing exercise, visualization, affirmation or distraction technique is the golden ticket to "instant calm" it feels like just another false promise of relief. Keep offering your support and strategies but perhaps frame them more of a "try this" sorta thing? I suppose I'm simply gullible, naive or stupid to continue to get my hopes up that there does actually exist, a technique that does offer instant relief.
