Becuase we feel like we’re being fully delusional following all these steps , thinking of these people constantly and nothing happens. It feels psychotic.

Thanks for sharing, this was so helpful. I’ve just realised why I’ve been locked in for three months and still seen no movement with my new SP. Is I’ve been focusing on a set time frame of by Christmas and thinking money and then moving had to come first before I could get my SP, which puts me in the state of not having it. Just told myself I need to drop thinking about those and keep telling myself 'name is my husband, I earn 3k a day, I live in London, but think of it like I have all these things now and that they are all happening at once, then these things will start coming from my 4D to my 3d. Is this correct?

it's been hard for me and i feel like letting go. it's been 4 months since the break up and 2 months no contact. he got with a 3p and posted her as his cover photo before he blocked me last april. and 2 days ago until today i see him commenting under house listings
