I am such a Tarte girly. And I rarely pass on buying a new release from them. But this one I am because I agree with other comments here. It is a big MISS on their part not to include SPF. Most of the overall tone of these videos is about how “simple and easy” it is especially for summer. Well, it’s not easy if I still have to add an SPF before I put this on.
