What about ulnar or radial deviation or forearm extensors and google says the finger flexors have the biggest cross sectional area more than your brachioradialis so why isnt it important or mahbe google is wrong idk?

Is there any alternative for reverse curls? Ive been trying to do them but when i hit a certain weight i cznt do them properly anymore and i start engaging traps and back, and the weight before them is relatively easier and i dont wanna keep repeating the same weight all the time
