5 happened to me when I use the wrong cleasner,I thought my skin barrier was damagedd, but now I switched to g2g which is gentle and it makes my skin not tight, and not red anymore

all i know that whenever i got a lot of things to do and got stressed for a long time, some part of my face just got red out of nowhere. i usually fix it by sleep early, always drink water, and just go back to basic skincare. i'm not sure if that'll work with other people
