She's the person who showed up for everyone. Every single person in our lives has a story about how my mom helped them. She never asked for anything in return. She just gave. That's who she is. Now she needs us. She needs treatment. She needs rest. She needs to not worry about the bills piling up while she's fighting for her life. Because right now, every single day costs something. And the weight of that is crushing our family while we're already trying to hold each other together. I'm writing this because I can't just sit here and do nothing. If you've ever had a mom who loved you, who showed up for you, who gave everything she had without thinking twice, then you understand why I'm asking. Please. Help mine.
