Yet, somehow, in that scuttlebutt, he managed to reach into his backpack, retrieve his knife, then defended himself? Lol. Reaching. He didn’t fear his life - he walked into the other tent and would not leave. 6 people testified and 4 were black, all said white dude pushed him after refusing to leave the tent and black dude stabbed him.

I actually told the judge the same thing when I was sentenced for defending myself against five men who was trying to assault and kidnap me, and I had my gun and my Foid card, but not a consent to carry, and I was charged with having a legal firearm even tho I was minding my own business and was attacked unfortunately this is something I had to learn I told the judge next time I’ll just lay there and be assaulted and kidnapped and I’ll keep my freedom
