HOMEMADE DRUMSTICKS 🍦 INGREDIENTS 1c heavy cream 1/2c whole milk 1/3c sugar 2 tsp vanilla extract Pinch of salt Ice cream cones 1c milk or semi sweet chocolate 1/4c coconut oil Crushed peanuts(optional) INSTRUCTIONS Add all ingredients to your #instantchill or ice cream maker. Use the ice cream setting. Once ice cream is ready keep in the freezer until ready to use. (See Part 76 of the Homemade Playlist if you don’t have an ice cream maker) Add chocolate and coconut oil to a microwave safe bowl and melt. Allow to cool slightly. Coat the inside of the cone with chocolate. Freeze for 10 minutes. Fill cone with ice cream. Freeze 10 minutes. Top with one scoop of ice cream. Dip the ice cream in the slightly cooled chocolate dip. Roll in crushed peanuts or other topping. Freeze or eat immediately. {I used the Instant Chill ice cream maker from @Instant Pot.
