The bad part uber only sends you $80 dollars cleaning fee unless you have a receipt from the car wash, but everybody's closed that night

You can sue uber lol they have vehicle damage insurance called tnc insurance which covers the uber driver

After getting frustrated I eventually starting laughing for years when this would happen.... my vehicles always have leather.... it took me minutes to clean after someone throwing up. I would quickly vacuum then I would wipe and disinfect the leather seats, trim and wipe and wash off the rubber floor matswiping/disinfecting leather seats and rubber mats. I'd still take pics and send it in to Uber and tell them I have my own cleaning company on the side... therefore I sent in no receipt and didnt need too. Immediately was sent $150 and after 10 to 20 minutes. Easy pay... never had an issue...

I just have throwup bags for people. if they are drunk, I just say there's throw up bag in the back seat. so far, it saved me bunch and they pay me tip
