I do 10mg but only on rest/cardio days (2-3x per week). In a body building sense, I separate ampk vs mtor days, so for my goals it would interfere with my mtor pathway to maximize muscle growth and hyperplasia etc during my resistance training.

There is several medications that are not taken daily. There is therapeutic dosing. For example I can take vitamin d a 500iu once daily, however it will not boost my immune function they it would if it were 140,000 iu for three days to ramp the immune system up and then drop back down. The therapeutic dosing they did was high dosing 10 to 15 mg once per week in older patience for if I recall improvements in heart function and other issues but it’s been a while since I looked into it. You get mitochondria benefits at 1mg daily as a personal researcher but maybe for major issues you need a higher dose?
