I didn’t think banana pudding could get any better… then I put it in an ice cream taco 🍌🌮 Crispy waffle shells coated in banana white chocolate and vanilla wafers, stuffed with banana pudding ice cream, then topped with fresh bananas, wafer pieces, and condensed milk 🤤 And you don’t need a taco holder! I made mine out of foil and used a pot, strainer, and lid to steam the cones. Ingredients: * Waffle cones * White chocolate * Banana oil * Vanilla wafers * Banana pudding ice cream * Fresh bananas * Sweetened condensed milk Instructions: 1. Add a little water to a pot and bring it to a simmer. Place a metal strainer over the pot without letting it touch the water. Add one waffle cone, cover with a lid, and steam until the cone becomes soft and flexible. 2. Carefully unroll the softened cone along the seam. If it starts cracking, steam it for a few more seconds. 3. Stir a few drops of banana oil into melted white chocolate. Coat the outside of the softened waffle with the chocolate, then immediately press it into crushed vanilla wafers. 4. While the waffle is still flexible, drape it over a taco holder and let it cool completely until crisp. I made my own by folding foil back and forth into taco-shaped ridges! 5. Once the shell is crisp, brush a thin layer of the banana white chocolate inside and let it set. This gives the ice cream a chocolate barrier so the waffle stays crisp longer. 6. Let your banana pudding ice cream sit out for a few minutes, just until it’s soft enough to scoop and spread. Fill each shell generously, then freeze until completely firm. 7. Top with fresh banana slices and broken vanilla wafer pieces. 8. Finish with a light drizzle of sweetened condensed milk and enjoy! You can use this same method with your favorite ice cream, chocolate, and toppings too! I SCREAM for Jesus 💛🤍 #bananapudding #icecreamtacos #bananadessert #icecreamrecipe #sarahsweets
