1.Anna and Zack (while crossing off chapters with no places) 2. 4 Beatles 3. Presidents 4. Even/Odd (mark the rows with 9 names and if you have an odd number of rows there is an odd number of names - even number of odd rows is even number of names) 5. Kardashians 6. 3 letter names and mark 10 in either direction then apply all other rules. Duplicate names will show themselves in the last step.

I’m still working on it. My advice would be to find Anna and Zack, then in the chapter with names find the 4 Beatles, then mark the kardashians

I just solved it today. My best advice is to eliminate the chapters 1st Then locate Anna and Zack. And use all clues 1 chapter at a time

First thing: find Anna. It’s going to be hard, but you have to find that name first to make progress. Then mark which chapters don’t have places (Google is your friend for that) but remember that those chapters can still have clues. Focus on crossing out double letters first. You’ll cover a lot of ground that way. Then focus on ‘S’ names (use a different color) since no other clue focuses on that. Same thing with single vowel names (learned online that Y doesn’t count as a vowel). Then counting names. While you comb through, that’s when you’ll hit the harder to find clues.

Ok. I’m down to the 10 names around the three letter names. How do you eliminate those? I’m going to give an example…I don’t think it gives anything away. Page 38 meets the elimination criteria. Kardashians, M’s, Beatles, Presidents, all of it. So on this page, Natasha, Nicholas, and Ruben are the names left and meet the “shared letter” clue. And that is just one page. How do I move on from here? What have I missed?

Does more than one chapter have all the Beatles? I found them in one chapter and have focused just on that chapter not thinking they could be anywhere else.

it seems that in the first édition it was not a straight line for the answer but 5 small lines ... meaning that the answer has got 5 lettres ... and the killer is not alice ...

Definitely read all the clues before you start! Recommend finding Anna and Zack first. Also I think it would be helpful to use a different color pen or highlighter for each clue.

I’m not even close to finished but I focus on finding the names I need (Sasha, Beatles, 3 letters, etc.) then moved on to marking off the names I knew wouldn’t be the killer. Be sure to also find Zack. Have Fun!!!!!
