@awesomeframers: No anchor bolts?!? Calm down bro, they will get added after we mark out layout. We use post installed anchors to save time, hassle and improve efficiency. Once we have lines square and parallel, we nail down the @pwt_ewp Treated LVL . No seams on this house anywhere, meaning no need to locate bolts within 12" of each end. How's that possible?
