What I love about what you are saying here is what most people don't understand and that is when we aren't telling our friends the truth, when we're holding these kinds of things back, we're actually keeping them from growing. We're preventing them from evolving into better humans. They're always ways that you can provide information to your friends that can be difficult to receive in ways that soften the blow, but I think not talking to the people that you love, that are in your life, in this way is doing them a disservice.
