Ticks didn't exist when I was growing up - everyone I've asked has agreed. I lived in the woods building forts in my childhood and hanging out in the forest with friends during adolescence. They did not exist back then. How do you suppose this happens!? 🤔

You should still go see a Dr. and get the antibiotic doxycycline as a prophylactic. My daughter was prescribed it after a tick bite just as a precaution.

tea tree oil spray....they dont like the smell it worked on my work boots.and stayed off my pants

I didn't have ticks when I was young in the 70,80s, now I go hunting same woods as a kid and its full of ticks.
