Zoe helped open up Bluebells first hospital (The Breeland Hart Community Hospital). Wade franchised the Rammer Jammer. These big changes happened at the same time they separated for a time but are back together. Lemon is not mayor and Lavon is a stay at home dad. AB runs the clinic that’s still open while George tours with his artists. not that i’ve put a lot of thought into it or anything

Brick passes and Zoe takes over the practice with associate and maybe someone similar to her story from big city and needing to hold practice for 1 year would come and she would mentor him. While she continues bothering levon, breaking up so many times with wade and back together and raising their family.
