Needs full rebuild, piston rings, valve plates, all gaskets, use methylated spirits to clean the heads and all surfaces. Or u can swap the comp as well but thatll be $5k+

What cools the compressor?….. Superheat. Allow the unit to run for more than 15-20 mins and checked the returning suction line temp vs saturation.

Are your pistons moving free when you push them in? One should move up freely when you push one down. You shouldn’t notice any cracks on the pistons either. If you have to hit it with a hammer to move the piston that’s no bueno

Make sure the comp isn’t bleeding by do a pump down test make sure suction holds valves or reeds might be broken if don’t hold

Valve plate piston or something related to pumpin vapor, if the 2 other head does all the succion the third will hot ass Hell. Put your gage on succion, close that rotolock, supposed to go 20-30 inch vacuum in a second and Keep it there for long, unless you got a trouble

Pump down test needed but more than likely the valve plates are cooked

copper plating on discharge valves, must have had moisture or has in system. Valve plates rooted. Looks like the gasket leaking on head or split when took apart. Quote for service exchange or replacement of compressor.
