@maxandwell_: I will never skip this one thing when I give facials… Lymphatic activation BEFORE I begin the facial. This is essentially clearing the lymphatic pathways so that fluid can drain properly. I stimulate the lymph nodes and drain lymphatic fluid before performing any facial massage. This is so key when it comes to actually getting results with facial massage because you aren’t aimlessly moving fluid around and creating puffiness. Instead, you’re intentionally draining fluid beforehand so that the massage results can be the best possible!
