Both should be charged and arrested for pointing and playing around with Service Weapon . They ( law enforcement) are held to Higher standards , and are repeatedly trained to always assume weapon is loaded .

Why we are just now seeing it...I beleive the officer who was fired is probably about to sue since the other officer didn't get fired and the department is trying to get ahead of it.
