Very similar…The stages for me keep repeating, it’s like once I get it figured out, I’m back a stage one but the stages go deeper & with all of the knowledge from the previous cycles. I’m loving it 💗

I can relate, I feel like every decade my spirituality shifts and deepens. In my 40s now in the crone phase and it’s been a big shift too. I feel a lot more confident than when I was younger and more focused on relationships.

My dad is in hospice and I’m his main caregiver and I’m definitely going through a spiritual awakening. Not sure which stage I’m in. My mom died 8 years ago so I feel like I became more awake then but this is much more intense. I’m a life path 11, I’m getting so many signs from the universe. I had to take a leave from teaching to care for my dad and I don’t think I’ll go back. Not sure yet what I’ll do instead but I know now the possibilities are endless.

Absolutely. After I left NYC (at 34), I began to process the death of my mom (at 15). It was the first time I had processed and not denied or intellectualized. I then went down a path of … strange feelings. Feeling broken. Now, at 51, I’m beginning to process the death of my dad (at 7) and learning how to heal AND still live!

Integration stage for sure! I woke up at 44! My book was The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle and meditation healing trauma time was Dr. Joe Dispenza! It’s a catch 22 being in this stage watching everyone struggle and wanting to give them this gift of perspective - help them practice gratitude, but I do believe we must find it on our own in our own time. Perspective is my favorite ❤️
