It's more like God punished the HUMANS by turning them into pigs bc they disobeyed his order of not fishing on Saturday bz apparently that was the day all the fish and frogs prayed to him and they disobeyed. (I was 8 so I don't remember that well but this is what I read on Quran but my version of it)
