@loislovesfitness: This is by far my favourite glute superset to date! 🤤 I know some of you feel it in your back so this superset might not be for everyone but here is where you should feel it when you do it 👇🏼 45 deg hyper: you should feel this in the full glutes - more lower glutes and outer hamstrings on the way down (if your feet are pointed out), and as you come upwards there is more contraction in the glutes soley with a little less lower glutes. Horizontal hypers: this is where your feet finish almost parallel with torso at the top. This movement was insane and I felt this a lot more in my glutes ALONE (note I know anatomically erectors and hamstrings still have a role) I would still class this as a full glute exercise because my back is still slightly rounded - but with a little more upper glute and glute med focus.
