This is something alot of people go thru, and honestly we're embarrassed. 5 kids, plus a genetic disorder took all the nutrients my teeth needed and this is what I was left with for the past 10 years. I suffered thru a lot of bullying as an adult because of the way my teeth look. This took every ounce of confidence I had left. Pair that with postpartum after my 1st ever c-section (iykyk)... wheww... I survived it tho! I'm sure some of you will probably have something to say in the comments as well, that's okay. I'm learning to love myself. I thought posting this, might help someone else get the courage to start their healing journey too! I have horrible anxiety, I have dentist trauma, and dental trauma lol. I don't really trust many medical professionals because of the treatment I've received in the past. This first step was the hardest thing to do, but after I got in that chair, I knew I was where I needed to be! I'm so excited for the end result. This new chapter of life! If I can do it, so can you🥹 -they did 3 root canals and 3 fillings, they also put composite build-up on the teeth to strengthen them before I get my temporary crowns. #healing #HealingJourney
