@matinmunches: Choa Chu Kang’s having another Pasar Malam, & they so kindly invited me down, so of course I took this opportunity the try what’s been on everyone’s feed - Bang Bang Mac & cheese! 📍CCK Block 355, just infront of CCK MRT, 8-28 June Bang Bang Mac & Cheese Spud & Chilli Beef Con Carne Spud (@Ministry Of Spud 🥔👑 ) A well seasoned baked spud topped with Mac and cheese bang bang sauce, & chilli beef con carne w/ coleslaw. I personally wasn’t a huge fan of the Mac and cheese spud hahahaha, but the chilli beef con carne won me over! S’mores Mochi Stuffed Cookie (@Nutted by Butter ) Gooey s’mores cookie stuffed with stretchy mochi. I really enjoyed the cookie aspect, really well done! just couldn’t get on board with the mochi stuffing, but I think I’m just not their target market hehe Cherry Blossom Matcha (@KON-KON MATCHA ) Since we went with their Grade C matcha, it was more noticeable and punchy, which I enjoyed! The cherry blossom imparted this light floral flavour to the drink, enjoyed it more than I thought I would 😄 Fried Carrot Cake (@Quicky sg ) We usually go for their kway Teow goreng, but I wanted to give their fried carrot cake a try this time! def a spicier take on carrot cake with a nice savoury Kicap base.
