I tried so hard to finally let myself take a nap while he napped today for the first time, but every time I fell asleep, I’d wake up seconds later to make sure he’s still breathing… then spent several more minutes wondering if he’s breathing correctly before trying again 😭

I co-sleep, and by co-sleep I mean I lay her next to me, feed until she falls asleep and watch her while she makes noises and make sure her dad doesn't accidentally roll onto her(he ends up rolling on me when I switch sides with her lol) I get at best 4 hours of sleep
