when my ex broke up w me I went into PTSD OCD RUMINATION to the point that I’d see him in my sleep, wake up and think of him 24/7 like there was no stop EVER and my SSRI did save my life! It allowed me to think of the breakup for 5 mins AND MOVE ON!

Once you hit a certain age you recognize that relationships aren't often worth the effort. You'll meet the right person when you meet the right person, and there is no age in which you're too old to find that person. Live your life and be happy.

Also 31 and have never experienced anything. I go through waves of not caring and then feeling like I’m missing something, back to not caring. I mostly don’t care though, sometimes I think something is wrong with me for how indifferent I feel. 🫣
